Each relevant tender becomes a Deal in HubSpot. With all details: deadline, value, status and more.
Organizations publishing tenders are automatically created as Companies or linked (based on Chamber of Commerce/domain).
Contact persons for tenders are automatically imported and linked to the correct company.
Define which CPV codes are relevant for your business. Only matching tenders will be imported.
Original notices (AAO) create a new Deal. Rectifications (REC) and modifications (AAW) update the original Deal — no duplicate Deals.
We only store ID mappings. Tender data comes directly from TenderNed to HubSpot.
