We Do NOT Store Your Customer Data

SyncHub operates on a privacy-first model. We do NOT store names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, or any other personal data from your HubSpot or Informer records. We only store record IDs and hashes to enable synchronization and prevent duplicate processing.

How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for:

Providing and maintaining the synchronization service
Processing payments and managing subscriptions
Providing customer support
Improving our service and developing new features

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

HubSpot - CRM platform integration
Stripe - Payment processing
Neon - Database hosting (EU region)
Fly.io - Application hosting (EU region)

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, secure token storage, and regular security audits. All data is stored in EU data centers.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Upon account deletion, we remove all associated data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain certain records.
