Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using SyncHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SyncHub provides data synchronization between HubSpot and external platforms such as Informer. The Service enables bidirectional sync of contacts and companies between connected platforms.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must request access through our website. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot account and API credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal activities
- Attempt to overload or abuse the synchronization system
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
6. Free Tier
The free tier includes a lifetime limit of 500 synchronizations. Once this limit is reached, you must upgrade to continue using the Service. Free tier limits may be changed with notice.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and we will delete your configuration data within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
